Most are done while I was at Jetty, a financial services company for renters. I owned the entire B2B2C surface for the “Jetty Deposit” offering — a security deposit alternative that allows the renter to replace paying a cash deposit with a low fee to make renting more affordable.

    I lead user research about the purchase experience, which resulted in executing on a feature idea with a return of 25% increase in the primary target metric.

    I created a design framework for partner portal and lead the build of the first B2B dashboard at Jetty, resulting in efficiency for both the internal teams and the partners.
